I grew up in Germany and after finishing my MBA, I moved to the United States. I chose a career path that led to a successful corporate career. At the same time, I always felt deep down inside of me that my work was not my true passion. Due to my upbringing, I was living someone else’s dream that wasn’t mine. 
 

After 20 years, I pulled the trigger and followed my true passion of becoming a Self-Empowerment and Assertiveness coach plus a writer.

I never imagined I could transition to a completely different career. Now I know that anything in life is possible after I learned to empower myself.

On a personal note, I live in Denver with my cat Manu, have 2 beautiful adult children, and have a passion for outdoor activities. I enjoy healthy living, spirituality and living life to the fullest.
